Steven was pleasant, thourough, and explained his diagnosis well while fairly laying out my options for solving my issue.
We are extremely satisfied with Galbreth Heating and Air ! Their service is always outstanding and all of the technicians go above and beyond for servicing or repairing our AC unit!
Gil was very friendly, arrived promptly and was able to solve the problem with my heat very swiftly. Will definitely recommend in the future!
Long standing client. Brandon has maintained my AC unit for years. He is always professional, communicates with me throughout his time here and makes recommendations without being a hard sale.
All things I appreciate.
I have been with Galbreath for many years and the reason is because of the great customer service and the tech is very accurate on the system and I trust this company they have never let me down ,so I am a very happy customer and I recommend that if you have a problem give them a try ,and you will see why they will always be my first choice thanks Galbreath for being true to the customers
We had a very good experience from quote through installation on our HVAC system. Everyone we dealt with was professional and knowledgeable of their product. The young men that did the installation were on time, courteous, respectful, and worked hard with very few breaks, left our home clean when the job was completed. Thank you to all.
They’ve been nice, clean, courteous, on time and give honest pricing! We have used them several times for maintenance and install. I can highly recommend Galbreath H&A to anyone!
A job well done
Great customer service and service overall.
Aaron was great. He serviced everything and he was very detailed. I highly recommend Galbreath Air!
Aaron was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job explaining options during a routine maintenance visit. The office called ahead and moved the appointment up a day which was very convenient for me!
Amazing company and very professional and friendly technicians. I recommend them 100%.
Professional, prompt , through and courteous.
I scheduled a maintenance check up and Gil, my technician, found a broken part that without repair, would have led to us having no a/c, He also found a clogged drainage pipe , which he replaced. I am thankful that we have a maintenance contract and we avoided a more costly repair.

Since our first time using Galbreath; we have had repeated positive experiences. We were out of town, and a neighbor discovered icing in our system. Tyler came to our home, and assessed the need for a new HVAC system. He coordinated the appt. and install with my neighbor. Even though it was expensive and an unwelcome surprise, Tyler and Rebecca in the office worked together for a seamless installation. I felt comfortable with Galbreath company representatives in my home when I wasn’t there. We have had a few issues with the new system related to factory parts, but Galbreath staff ( Steven and Gil) have been available and pleasant in working to remedy the situations. Having moved to Richmond Hill from a northern state, I am so happy I chose this company for HVAC service.
Steven came and did a great job figuring out why our thermostat wouldn’t turn on. All under warranty so no charge. Very professional and friendly.
Quick response, evaluation and quote. Looking forward to getting the work completed.
Very knowledgeable and professional

Art & Lynne Nonni

. . . . . . . . . . . .

Your Service Technician, Kevin, called ahead and arrived on time. He was pleasant, professional, explained in sufficient details each step of the process to inspect, clean, repair and make recommendations for additional work (as may have been identified). He is very easy to work with, good at answering questions and explaining things.

Great job Kevin!

However, I would like to point out to Larry and Steve that we are 1-year into full service with these new Lenox systems and I was quite surprised and disappointed with the internal condition (particularly in the unit servicing the main level) around from the plenum, across the evap, and blower / blower box area ... corrosion, fallen insulation, excessive dust/fugitive air-born construction debris, and most concerning was the tattle-tale remnants of excess moisture and mold!

The dust / air-borne debris is certainly related to last summer/fall (2022) when the house was still under construction and Gene Fabre's workers were installing / finishing walls, floors, bathroom tiles, etc.

It was summer time and still quite hot so naturally the HVAC systems were being used. Gene told me he advised your office that filters were needed to prevent dust and other air-borne debris from entering the system. I too called your office to inform of the situation / construction status and request filters.

It wasn't until 2 or 3 months later that after I told Gene again and he too observed the lack of filtration protection that someone finally came out to install the temp filters.

I'm afraid that was too little too late and have to wonder how it may have contributed to some of the problems identified by Kevin.

I agreed with all is the recommendations for additional system protection (e.g.,added UV light to control air-borne mold, virus and bacteria in both units) and a service contract instead of a 1-time inspection / cleaning.

I also agreed to have you come back to properly clean / repair the insulation in the main level service unit around the blower and blower box.

As you can imagine, as pleased as we are with the efficiency and cost effectiveness of these systems (your records will confirm we chose to upgrade from Gene Fabre's original contractor level (13 SEER?) systems to the 16SEER VS units representing a significant charge, we are concerned about their condition only 1-year and a few months into full service and the additional costs I seem to be bearing.

I sure would appreciate having a conversation with Larry or Steven sometime soon.

Thank you all for the thorough and professional service call and a special thanks for to Kevin for doing what appears to be a great job and with a pleasant professional attitude.

Thank you,

Art and Lynne Nonni
Aaron did an excellent job. He arrived on time, introduced himself, explained the job and finished in a timely manner.
Steve ln was polite and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service from my first call through the service.
We continue to appreciate the work that Galbreath does for us everytime they come by to tune up or address issues with our heating or cooling. I appreciate their timeliness and quick work. The problem was addressed and we were comfortable as soon as they left. Thank you for your grade A service!
Aaron is great, very personable and able to explain all items in a way that I can understand. He provided the maintenance inspection, described areas of improvement and followed up with a professional installation. Thank You
Aaron was very pleasant, professional and he did a through job on our unit.
Enjoyed Tyler’s visit. Very friendly, knowledgeable. answered all of my questions, never felt rushed, spent plenty of time going over quotes and how he arrived at them.
Aaron was great and really helped me understand what the issue was as well as the steps needed to rectify everything. I appreciate the throughness of the service and I feel comfortable working with Galbreath in the future. It's hard finding reliable and honest companies these days and I wholeheartedly recommend this one.
It was about $380 just to suck some water out a pipe which was shutting off our AC that took 2 minutes. It has to be done about 1 to 2 times a year since they put our AC in. They were all very kind to get to us in the same day though. The man who came out was nice and knowledgeable. I think we will invest in a shop vac and save a ton of money and just call if something breaks that we don't know what the problem was. My brother knew how to suck the water out but all we had was a kids Tylenol syringe.
Gil did a great job. He was very prompt and professional. He showed up and was able to directly show me what was wrong and what my options were to remedy it.
Aaron was on time and was excellent. He Serviced both a/c units although 1 unit had a power issue. I beleive he went above and beyond to identify the issue and keep me informed all the way. Previous home owner had wired a water pump into the a/c power supply which created the problem. Aaron isolated the wiring and made it safe and I will get an electrician to connect that pump correctly. Both a/c systems are now working great and I received an education as well. Fantastic job.
Good experience with Galbreath Heating and Air, diagnosed issues and repaired in a timely manner, technician was on time, polite, clean and knowledgeable. Aaron was great.
As usual...super professional service and customer care. Highest rating!
Had them out weeks later for a repair. Again, super service!
Gil provided great service in a timely fashion
Brandon did a thorough and extensive analysis of our hvac system today and performed excellent and friendly work. Totally professional service. Thank you Brandon.
The BEST!
Steven is courteous, professional and quite knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in the same day; running to the distributor to source the part mid-job.
Aaron was very professional and is a very nice guy I would recommend him to anyone
Galbreath performed comprehensive HVAC system maintenance. The technician, Aaron Pitts, was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. He explained the process, provided exceptional service, and provided recommendations for continued HVAC system health and performance.
I had routine preventive maintenance done on my HVAC system today, and I was very pleased with the service. The technician, James, was punctual and respectful of my home. He wore shoe covers and even asked permission before going in and out of my home on his own.

He explained the service and kept me informed throughout the process. He was friendly, courteous, and thorough—taking his time rather than rushing through the job. Anything he noticed about my HVAC, he pointed out and explained clearly. He even showed me how my system scored and what had been improved during the maintenance.

During the inspection, he discovered I needed a new capacitor. He explained the problems with my current capacitor and why replacing it was important, especially since it was surprising that my system was cooling at all. He provided the cost upfront (should I opt to replace it), replaced the capacitor, and made sure everything was working correctly before he left.

Afterward, James left my home just as he found it. He also gave me helpful recommendations for other ways to take care of my system.

Overall, I’m very impressed with the professionalism and quality of service. I would definitely recommend this technician and company for HVAC maintenance.
I'm very pleased with the detailed work of Galbreath. I was referred to them by another company that did exceptional work on my home. I was so happy when Galbreath arrived with videos and lots of information and knowledge on installing an hvac system. I had met with other local companies but they all seemed to lack the knowledge on what my smaller home needed. Thank yoh Tyler for walking me through all the steps of installation of the hvac and the new duct work. I also what to thank them for adding temporary window AC so we could stay in the home in the evenings until the entire system was installed. I would recommend them in a heart beat !
Great service, friendly tech gave me lots of information about the system the I didn't know. Highly recommend
Brandon was on time, polite and knowledgeable took care of my problems in a timely manner.
