Outstanding experience.... from the initial interaction with the ladies answering the phones to my service technician (Mr.Aaron) ... everything was top notch. They answered all my questions and concerns. Mr. Aaron went through my system from top to bottom inside and out. He touched and tested everything (coils, capacitor, wires, and more). Informed me of all issues found with my unit. Very nice guy, respectful and very knowledgeable! WELL WORTH THE SERVICE CHARGE, WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I called yesterday afternoon after hours and got a call back the next morning and got an appointment immediately had someone at my house within an hour. Kevin came and did a great job on my unit and replaced my thermostat and did a full work up on my HVAC system fast and efficiently and explained everything to me in a very digestible and understandable way. We obtained 3 quotes for a full system and ductwork replacement. They were all around the same price but Galbreath stood out from the amount of detail and effort our sales rep Tyler put into the quote. I also liked that Tyler was going to be our project manager throughout the project, and ended up doing an excellent job from start to finish to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed.

It was the right decision as the install team (Charlie, Tim and Brandon) did a phenomenal job over three days. We moved our outdoor unit to another location and moved our air handler to the attic, so it was a large project that was very well executed. Highly recommend Galbreath for your HVAC needs.

Had to replace 18yr old system that died on the hottest week in May. Tyler was awesome and fit us in on his way home so we could get the air flowing sooner rather than later. Techs came and spent a hot miserable day installing our new system. Very professional and respectful of our property, cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.
