The Galbreath team provided excellent response time and technical support for us following Hurricane Helene. Upon restoration of electrical power, our HVAC system failed to respond. A message requesting service was sent to Galbreath, with a very timely response received. Both the front office and service technician were extremely professional, helpful, and polite. Restoration of HVAC service was very timely.
AC failed after hurricane Helene . Technician Aaron Pitts came out and arrived much earlier tgan the dispatcher predicted. He called from the job he was at gave me his estimated arrival and showed up right on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the required repair process. After an hour we had cool air circulating . Overall this was a good service experience during a difficult time. Thanks Aaron and Galbreath for your efficient and professional service!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Our AC stopped working monday night, it soon became 85 degrees inside our home. I’m currently very pregnant (9months, due in 2 weeks) and have a 17 month old toddler at home. This company was able to provide next day diagnostic and repair services to our AC unit, when all the other companies couldn’t help! They were professional, on time, and reasonably priced. The service technician Danny was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get our ac unit up and running in no time! We recommend and use this company in the future!

I scheduled service online on their website and received a callback at 7:45 am to schedule a service call. I had a service tech at my house by 8:30 am. Within an hour, problem solved and my A/C unit was up and running. Put my house on their maintenance program. Great customer service!

What a fabulous company and their technicians are amazing. Branden came in, showed me our problem, and fixed it on the spot. A month ago after the flood Steven came and unclogged our unit. I highly recommend them for all your AC and Heating needs.
Galbreath Heating and Air answered our call after hours when we expected to leave a voicemail. We let them know if was not an emergency, but that we had already been waiting on the home warranty company for several days and no longer wanted to wait. The office called us first thing the next morning, got our information and let us know that they had a cancelation and could be at our house within 30 minutes.The technician let us know the issue and asked us before he proceeded to fix the issue in case it was an additional cost. We approved the work and it was finished quickly. Payment was easy and they provided recommendations to help our system operate more efficiently in the future. I highly recommend the Galbreath team for your HVAC needs! Thank you Mr. Larry and team for being the best around.

Having moved from South Florida where A/C is essential, we have dealt with many HVAC companies over the years.I was very impressed with our tech Zachary. He was knowledgeable, considerate and a pleasure to work with.Since this is a new house to us (3 older units), Zachary did an excellent job with maintenance and cleaning, in addition to explaining the state of each unit and providing recommendations as to what each unit needed.I strongly recommend Galbreath if you are looking for an HVAC company. They will be our HVAC company going forward.

Brandon did a great job very thorough and high attention to detail on system and system operations. All questions and concerns regarding the system were answered in terms I could understand. Aaron is amazing-he was our first experience with Galbreath and has set the standard high. He came out on an emergency call for no air working in August and quickly got to work identifying the issue. Unfortunately, it was a motor problem so $600 it was repaired, but he did it all in the same day and with a smile on his face and in the rain. We signed up for the yearly maintenance service agreement and someone else came out at the end of August. He seemed to more concerned with finding problems and upselling products that actually servicing the unit. I called to speak with someone about my disappointment and they insisted on sending Aaron back out to do a follow up walk through which I really appreciated. I had different expectations on what the maintenance agreement was which was my fault for not inquiring, however they definitely did right by me. It is refreshing to know that there are still honest companies and hard working employees
The technician, Kevin, was prompt, thorough, and honest. He diagnosed and repaired my broken a/c unit on the spot and performed preventative maintenance. If all techs are like him, I’m glad to have chosen Galbreath.

Ms. Rebecca was quick to respond to our needs for service and repair for our air conditioning unit. She was able to quickly dispatch a tech to the home. She ensured both myself and my wife received texts messages so we were aware of who our tech was and when he would be arriving. The text included a picture of the tech which was really nice so we knew who to look for and it also included his review rating which again helped put our mind at ease. Our tech Danny, was prompt, polite and educated me the whole way what my options were that included pictures and videos of areas of concern. Priced extremely well. And the service membership they offer is probably the best on the market. Overall an outstanding experience and they have a return customer for life.
