Aaron is amazing-he was our first experience with Galbreath and has set the standard high. He came out on an emergency call for no air working in August and quickly got to work identifying the issue. Unfortunately, it was a motor problem so $600 it was repaired, but he did it all in the same day and with a smile on his face and in the rain. We signed up for the yearly maintenance service agreement and someone else came out at the end of August. He seemed to more concerned with finding problems and upselling products that actually servicing the unit. I called to speak with someone about my disappointment and they insisted on sending Aaron back out to do a follow up walk through which I really appreciated. I had different expectations on what the maintenance agreement was which was my fault for not inquiring, however they definitely did right by me. It is refreshing to know that there are still honest companies and hard working employees
The technician, Kevin, was prompt, thorough, and honest. He diagnosed and repaired my broken a/c unit on the spot and performed preventative maintenance. If all techs are like him, I’m glad to have chosen Galbreath.

Ms. Rebecca was quick to respond to our needs for service and repair for our air conditioning unit. She was able to quickly dispatch a tech to the home. She ensured both myself and my wife received texts messages so we were aware of who our tech was and when he would be arriving. The text included a picture of the tech which was really nice so we knew who to look for and it also included his review rating which again helped put our mind at ease. Our tech Danny, was prompt, polite and educated me the whole way what my options were that included pictures and videos of areas of concern. Priced extremely well. And the service membership they offer is probably the best on the market. Overall an outstanding experience and they have a return customer for life.

I was immediately impressed with Galbreath Heating & Air when they sent me a text message confirming my appointment. It wasn’t the typical confirmation text message, instead it shared a picture of our technician, Brandon, his background and his tenure with the company. That was nothing compared to Brandon’s professionalism and transparency. He took the time to understand our questions, and being a newly purchased home that’s 14 years old our concerns as well. He addressed those first before he took on the inspection work. After the inspection he showed us the evidence of his findings and our options. While no one wants to incur repair costs, Brandon’s character and approach in the inspection left no room for doubt that these repairs were needed. Choosing Galbreath to inspect and maintain our HVAC system was a great choice and their choice to send Brandon was incredible.
Galbreath Heating & Air my recommended and trusted name. They have did come through for me over the years and continue to do so. When I was having AC issues I had different shops come look into the problem I was having and they gave me all kinds of exorbitant quotes and still couldn’t find a fix for my AC problems until I a technician from Galbreath came to check it out. The things that stood out for me was their prompt response, honest repair options/ recommendations and a not inflated service/ repair charge. I will continue to trust Galbreath with my AC and heating needs.

I had Kevin come out and check my AC unit after it stopped cooling my home. After checking it out he presented me a few options on how to go forward and not once did I feel like he was pressuring me into buying something I didn't need. He even found some options for discounts he could offer. He had great professionalism and customer interaction skills. This speaks volumes about Kevin and Galbreath as a company. Recently had an issue with my A/C unit and called Galbreath and Sons. My Tech Daniel called to let me know he was on his way. Daniel went right to work identified the problem and had me up and running in short order. Daniel was extremely professional explained what the issue was in detail so that even I could understand it. I have been a Galbreath and Sons customer for many years now and in fact purchased my current heating and air unit from them. I wouldn’t call anyone else.
I'm very pleased with the detailed work of Galbreath. I was referred to them by another company that did exceptional work on my home. I was so happy when Galbreath arrived with videos and lots of information and knowledge on installing an hvac system. I had met with other local companies but they all seemed to lack the knowledge on what my smaller home needed. Thank yoh Tyler for walking me through all the steps of installation of the hvac and the new duct work. I also what to thank them for adding temporary window AC so we could stay in the home in the evenings until the entire system was installed. I would recommend them in a heart beat .
Great job to the crew at Galbreath today. Our AC stopped working this morning after our regular maintenance check up and they were very quick to get someone else out. Brandon spent hours diagnosing and replacing parts. By the end, all is in working order. He constantly put the bottom of the attic ladder up for us to prevent my cats from going up, and even asked for a broom to sweep up before he left (which we would not let him do). He is an amazing asset to your team!

I couldn’t have asked for a more professional service! Zach came to the house on what was really a last ditch effort to have someone look at the AC which wasn’t functioning correctly on a very warm summer night. Zach explained everything he was going to do and then everything he did. I was shown photos of my HVAC systems so that I could see what Zach was referring too.And then….I asked Zach if Galbreath was a large company that employed contractors or, if all employees worked directly for Galbreath. He told me there are no contractors and that Galbreath is a family owned business. That really makes a huge difference for me when deciding which company to use.I look forward to working with Galbreath!
