This company is nothing short of completely honest and their craftsmanship is outstanding. We resently need our HVAC unit repaired. Their technicians thoroughly inspected the unit, made all repairs nessesary and ran multiple test to ensure everything was in working order. They were polite and did not rush. On December 31, 2020, I was having issues with my A/C unit and was without heat. I called and spoke with Danny Shapiro. Over the phone, Mr. Shapiro walked me through some troubleshooting steps. He was patient and stayed on the line while we tried several options. He offered to come in person if we weren't able to resolve it over the phone because he knew the temperature would be dropping soon. Mr. Shapiro went above and beyond to assist me and on a holiday, no less. I appreciate his great customer service and, in my opinion, it was the best that I received from any repair person.

Galbreath always does a fantastic job! The system I purchased is very reliable. Gil Walls was the technician who did a very thorough testing of the system inside and outside. He was careful to clean any surfaces that needed it. He was here for over an hour. The system is in top condition so nothing else was required. Very happy with the equipment and the service!!

I once again had problems on a Friday. This time with heating unit. I again scheduled online and received a call early morning and Brandon was there late afternoon same day. Several parts were on hand and got us heat through the weekend. Another part needed to be ordered and he returned Tuesday and had us back to normal. They are quick to respond and every tech we’ve had has been very professional. We have the maintenance contract with GALBREATH especially after the way we’ve been treated. Highly recommend them.

Our AC went out during the summer and we called our normal HVAC company to tell them that our AC unit isn’t working and they told me that they couldn’t come until the following week bc they were booked. So I called Galbreath & Sons and they came out within an hour and gave us window units to help with the summer heat!! They came back the following day and replaced the entire HVAC system and air ducts. Awesome people and awesome Company! Highly recommend. Thank you!
