Uses homeowner inputs and Smart Away™ geo-fencing capabilities to learn your routine and create a schedule that maintains comfort when the home is occupied and help save energy when it’s not.

One-touch Away Mode on the iComfort^® M30 overrides your regular programming schedule with a single touch and sets back your heating and cooling set points to save energy. The iComfort^® M30’s Smart Away™ Mode uses the location services in your smartphone to detect when you’re leaving, and automatically adjusts the temperature to a more energy-efficient setting. When you come home, Smart Away returns the system to its normal schedule and a more comfortable temperature.

Like most thermostats, the ComfortSense® 7500 gives you the option of programming a setback temperature that allows you to save energy when you’re gone for the day. A key difference is that ComfortSense 7500 steps up performance before you step through the door upon your return home.
